Who we are

This policy explains how IPAC Technology Company Limited ("IPAC", "we", "us"; tax code 0111132611; 6th Floor, No. 35 To Vinh Dien Street, Khuong Dinh Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam) handles personal data on this website and in our product Tracue (tracue.com). Data we collect from you

Business data in Tracue

Tracue builds a database of companies and business contacts to help B2B teams find relevant accounts. This data comes from:

For every data point we keep the source URL and the time it was observed. We focus on business information (company name, industry, size, location, role-based or professional contact details). We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Some contact addresses may be inferred from the email format a company publicly uses.

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process business contact data on the basis of legitimate interest: helping businesses identify and contact other businesses for relevant commercial purposes. We limit what we keep to what is needed for that purpose.

How we use data

We do not sell bulk contact lists. In Tracue, individual contacts are shown to customers only when there is a relevant signal for an account.

AI and service providers

We use trusted service providers to run our services, including hosting providers, a form delivery service (FormSubmit) that forwards early-access requests to our inbox, and AI model providers such as Anthropic (Claude), which help us read and classify public company web pages. These providers process data only on our instructions and under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention

We keep data only as long as it is useful for the purposes above. Business data is refreshed or removed when it becomes outdated. Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up.

Your rights and opting out

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If your business contact details appear in Tracue and you want them removed, email us with the address you want removed. We will delete it and add it to a suppression list so it is not collected again.

Removal and privacy requests: thinh@ipactechnology.com with the subject "Privacy request". We aim to respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy as Tracue develops. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
